My philosophy
Individuality
From humanistic perspective I treat every person as a unique human being, allowing the space for individuality.
I take an individual approach to each client.
What may make me different as a therapist.. I care:-)
I live by my own values based on genuineness and honesty. Which is what makes my therapeutic work so authentic.
My aim is to gain a deeper understanding of one's perspective and offer support within an empathic relationship.
Experience
I am an experienced therapist with over 1000 hours of clinical practice and a strong background in the mental health field.
I'am confident in supporting clients with relationships issues , gender/sexuality/abuse , neurodivergent, PTSD or trauma,anxiety, depression.
In addition to my private practice I work with several organisations( Nottingham Women's Centre, LGBT+Q in Wolverhampton, Dudley Talking Therapies, Better Help)as a bilingual therapist supporting clients coming from various culturalbackgrounds.
Training and Expertise
I was trained in a humanistic person -centred approach alongside psychodynamic ,CBT and REBT modalities. I received a level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. Followed by training at LGBT+q organisation.
After that I received an extensive training from Nottingham Women's Centre on how to work with the survivors of domestic abuse, narcissism and abusive relationships in general.
Over time I have adapted a more integrative and holistic approach, incorporating Somatic, Gestalt,Jungian and Existential therapy techniques into my practice .
Also I hold a professional certificate in an online and telephone work.
I am currently undertaking a clinical supervision course.
Competence
I am a qualified psychotherapist , registered and accredited member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). This means that my qualifications are verified and my practice meets the higher standard as a competent, ethical and independent practitioner.
I participate in a regular supervision to monitor my professional work and my personal wellbeing.
I hold up to date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate along with professional Indemnity Insurance.
My practice is compliant with GDPR regulations on Data Protection Act 2018
I undertake a regular training towards my professional and personal development to ensure that my work is offering the highest standards .

I also offer guidance on how to create more positive mindset to navigate life in general.
Most importantly, I can help you strenghthen your sense of self, rebuild your self-worth, confidence and help you to achieve your goals.
